*Cleaning Fee of $75.00 for stays shorter than 5 nights. Please enquire by email about the possibility of short
stays.

* Rental Deposit of $200 is necessary to hold reservation.

* Full balance is due 8 weeks prior to booking.

* $200 Security/damage deposit.  Balance refundable within 30 days if no damage/breakages.
