The home is a 3 bedroom house on one floor with two bathrooms, a double garage and South facing sun deck
with private swimming pool. It is fully air conditioned and all main rooms are fitted with ceiling fans to help keep
you cool in the hottest of weather. In the winter months the air conditioning can be switched to heat the home and
there is an optional gas fired pool heater for those guests who like their pool water warm. We have contracted with
a superb management company which keeps our home impeccably clean and provides 24 hour assistance to
renters.
